Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your BOOKOFF account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
